Nyxflux ("we", "our", or "us") operates the WealthOS mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use WealthOS. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

• Personal Information: Name, email address, profile picture, date of birth, and other details you voluntarily provide when creating or editing your profile.
• Financial Information: Income, expenses, budgets, assets, investments, loan details, and any other financial data you enter manually. This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers (except when you explicitly export or import backups).
• Usage & Technical Data: App interactions, feature usage, device type, operating system version, and crash logs. This helps us improve performance and fix bugs.
• Advertising & Analytics Data: Google AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as Advertising ID), IP address, and usage data to display personalized ads. We also use basic analytics to understand how the app is used.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and enhance WealthOS features.
• To personalise your finance tracking experience (e.g., displaying your rank, streak, goals).
• To display advertisements through Google AdMob (unless you upgrade to Premium).
• To analyse app performance, track errors, and improve stability.
• To send you important notifications (e.g., EMI reminders, bill alerts) if enabled.
• To respond to your support inquiries.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal or financial data to third parties. We may share information only in these circumstances:

• Google AdMob: For serving advertisements (subject to Google's Privacy Policy).
• Service Providers: With trusted partners who assist us in operating the App (e.g., cloud storage for backups, if you choose to use that feature).
• Legal Obligations: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Nyxflux, our users, or the public.

5. Data Security

Your financial data is stored locally on your device and is not accessible by us unless you explicitly choose to export or share a backup file. We implement industry‑standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect any data that is transmitted. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights & Choices

You have control over your data:

• Access & Update: You can view and edit your profile information directly within the App.
• Data Export: You can export your full WealthOS data as a JSON file at any time.
• Delete Data: Removing your profile from the App or uninstalling will clear all local data. For any data stored externally, contact us.
• Ad Personalisation: You can manage ad preferences through your device settings (e.g., reset Advertising ID, opt out of personalisation).
• Premium: Upgrading to Premium removes advertisements entirely.

7. Children's Privacy

WealthOS is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of WealthOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
